Matt Crowley is a comedy writer living in Los Angeles. He is a former staff writer at The Onion. He has also contributed writing to The A.V. Club, Sporked, Splitsider, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, CollegeHumor, The Daily Dot, The Hairpin (R.I.P.), and the parody magazines Paul Ryan and The Neu Jorker. His ten-minute play "Zarps!" was a part of Legitimate Goddamn Theater at UCB in 2016, and his short comedies for the stage have been produced over 50 times in 15 states. His full-length play "Dear Deirdre" premiered at Dixon Place and was produced by Calliope Theatre Company at The Drilling Company (NYC) in 2014.
Matt has performed in several Good Cop Great Cop sketch videos, including "Roommate" which was featured on Funny Or Die's homepage. He also starred in the 6-episode web series "Threesome" for MeUndies.com. He is a graduate of UCB's core improv and sketch programs.
